As pastors, we have the best opportunity of anyone to make a difference in the world. I sincerely hope you believe that. But we also have incredibly difficult, complex ministries we can't carry out alone. Even the Apostle Paul needed ministry partners to help encourage and labor with him. In 1 Corinthians 3:6 he says, "I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God made it grow." We want to help water the seeds you're planting in your church and then watch with you as God grows your church and uses you to encourage a pastor overseas in his church.
The Needs of Pastors Worldwide
Most overseas pastors have received very little training in how to lead themselves, their families or their churches well.
