How Does Global Friendship Of US and Overseas Pastors Work?

Overseas Pastor: Receives a computer, internet access, and lessons on an internet forum that will equip him to lead himself, his family and his church well. He will be encouraged and mentored through emails from US pastors and churches. In order to receive the computer, internet access and the free materials, the overseas pastor and leaders will be encouraged to minister to orphans in his neighborhood in a variety of ways.

Orphans: Receive ministry from a healthy, encouraged pastoral couple overseas, and a possible trip to Bethlehem Camp in Florida to receive medical care and potential adoption.

US Pastor: Receives free coaching resources hot off the press from major ministries for use in his ministry, and helps fulfill the Great Commission without leaving his present ministry. You will pay just $600/year ($120/year for Pastor’s wives) to provide the computer, internet access and paying a translator overseas.

US Pastors’ Wives and Overseas Pastors’ Wives: An environment of weekly support, encouragement is being created by effective pastors’ wives who understand the needs of women who fulfill many roles including being a pastor’s wife. This forum is a place where interaction exists in an environment of friendship, support, and will encourage your wife in her journey as a woman, pastor’s wife, mom, professional woman, and in her church community.

How Can I As a Pastor Or Businessman Be a Part of PASTOR4PASTOR?

Will you prayerfully consider one of three levels of involvement:

1. Become a friend/mentor of an overseas pastor by supplying a computer, internet access, and a translator ($600/year) AND regularly correspond with a pastor.
2. Sponsor a Pastor to receive mentoring (similar to child sponsorship) for $600/year. The $600 will pay for a computer, internet access and a translator overseas. We will provide a pastor to encourage/mentor the overseas pastor.
3. Sponsor a Pastor to receive mentoring ($600/year) AND correspond monthly as a friend.
   

We currently have pastors in Bulgaria, Belarus, Russia, Nicaragua, Uganda, Romania, the Ukraine, the Czech Republic and India who are waiting for an encouraging mentor.

God is moving in causing pastors to come together thru PASTOR4PASTOR ministry so that every pastor has the opportunity, no matter the size of his church, to have a worldwide impact through the internet, and at the same time strengthen his present ministry. It is envisioned that pastor’s wives can be as involved with their husbands as we strengthen the bond between pastor wives in a companion activity. Two pastors, separated by thousands of miles, but led together by the Holy Spirit, have the spiritual and physical resources to do whatever they sense God is leading them to do!
